Is this safe to use with birth control pills?

moderator October 25, 2015 at 4:28 pm

Hi Kris. It is best to ask this question to your doctor or pharmacist. Many of our female customers do combine the two without trouble, but only your doctor or pharmacist could say for sure if this is the right product for you.

before I buy this product I would like to know if it actually works. I am overweight and I have no energy. I have a 8onth old son and I am having a lot of trouble with being able to keep up with him during the day because I am so tired. also I would like to know if substituting going to the gym with staying home and cleaning and being active with my son is acceptable as daily excercise

Mindy February 20, 2013 at 2:31 pm

Can phenfast be taken with thyroid medication levothyroxine (synthroid) 50MCG? As I am hypothyroid. If so, what side effects should I expect?

moderator June 12, 2014 at 10:03 am

Mindy – The manufacturer does not recommend taking FenFast if you are taking other prescription medications. If you are still wanting to try this product it is important that you discuss this with your doctor first to make sure it will not negatively affect the other medications you are taking.

Marie February 11, 2013 at 10:45 am

Angelik December 1, 2011 at 6:54 pm

I have taken phentramin in the past and i do have high blood pressure but it is well controlled and i did have some side effects like dry mouth and slight head aches. I also have had my thyroid removed and i’m taking hormore replacement pills to replace the hormore that was removed. I’m considering taking this will this be a problem considering the medication i’m already taking under doctor’s supervision. By the way i did lose 40 pounds using the adipex/phentramine prescribed by a doctor.

admin December 2, 2011 at 9:44 am

Angelik – Given you are taking other medications, please discuss using this product with your doctor to make sure it is a safe option for you.

is that ok if i take apidex-p with my birth control pills named marvelon

Kimberly November 1, 2011 at 10:31 am

I was wondering… If you take one in the morning… and don’t need one any more… what about worse time we all have which is evening time eating? Won’t the one from morning ware off? And also… does this act like phen. in the aspects that it is a mood booster. What are the exact ingrediants of Adipex compaired to this drug?

admin November 1, 2011 at 10:58 am

Kimberly – If you are finding that by the evening you are struggling with hunger, take two tablets at lunch time, as is suggested.

Yes, FenFast contains a mood booster, however it is chemically different from Adipex. Adipex contains the prescription drug Phentermine, whereas FenFast contains four non-prescription ingredients.

emily November 21, 2011 at 4:25 am

Hey kimberly

my name is emily I was just wondering how its working for you? I’m tired of wasteing my money on things that don’t work I want to buy something that really works

Eva October 30, 2011 at 1:12 pm

If I’m taking cozaar for my high blood pressure which keeps it normal can I take fenfast

admin November 1, 2011 at 11:00 am

Eva – Since FenFast is not recommended for people with high blood pressure it is important that you discuss with you doctor whether it is a safe choice for you given your current health and medication you are taking.

Lisa October 25, 2011 at 3:14 pm

I just received my online order today and will start in the morning. When I take it before breakfast, do I still need to take the second one even if I’m not hungry?

admin October 27, 2011 at 10:33 am

Lisa – If you are still not hungry at lunch, then no you don’t need to take the second one. This has been the experience for some people, whereas others need that extra boost in the afternoon. Just be careful not to take FenFast within 5 hours of bedtime as it may cause sleep difficulties.

Brieana August 18, 2011 at 3:34 pm

I was prescribed adipex/phentermine 37.5 however my dr. wont see anymore because i lost my insurance, I loved the adipex/phentermine 37.5 that i was taking it made me feel great and i looked great as well. Is this one going to give me the same results? Also he only had me taking one a day, is that the same with this one?

admin September 1, 2011 at 3:38 pm

Brieana – FenFast was designed to act similar to phentermine. Some people have better results than others when using it, which is the same for people using Adipex and Phentermine as well. It is taken twice a day (once in the morning and once at lunch time).

marcy August 17, 2011 at 12:19 pm

Admin- I was recently prescribed adipex/phentermine 37.5,My dr gave me a one month script once daily, i had some side effects trouble sleeping but adjusted after about a week. Now that i am off of the medicine i am starting to get hungry all the time again and eat for no reason just bored, I was wondering about ordering this product,be I will have to wait another month before my dr will give me a script again, but i do take other medicine 1 xanax daily wondering about side effects with this medicine?

admin August 18, 2011 at 12:28 pm

marcy – You should ask your doctor or pharmacist if FenFast will be safe to take with Xanax. The manufacturer does not recommend taking it with any other prescription medications.

Phyllis Vennewald July 29, 2011 at 8:11 am

I have glaucoma, is it going to raise the pressures in my eyes???
I must lose weight. Help!!!.

admin July 29, 2011 at 11:10 am

Phyllis – Fenfast raises blood pressure because it contains stimulants. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if this is safe for you to take given your current health.

Renee July 26, 2011 at 2:37 pm

I have high blood pressure and while it’s controlled, I know my doctor will not likely put me on Adipex because of it. Do I need to be concerned about my high blood pressure if I take fenfast?

admin July 28, 2011 at 10:27 am

Renee – Fenfast is not recommended for people with high blood pressure as it acts in a similar way to Adipex.

Tammy June 27, 2011 at 9:38 pm

I have ordered this product and am waiting to receive it. Admin, I have a question. I know several people who have used adipex and lost plenty of weight. They only take a dose once a day and still had amazing results! I was wondering if I only took a dose once a day would it still work effectively? Also if it isn’t taken at the exact same time each day will that have an effect as well?

admin June 28, 2011 at 11:11 am

Tammy – The directions for use for FenFast suggest taking two tablets before breakfast and two tablets again before lunch. You may find that all you need is one tablet before each meal – this has been the experience of some users. You do not have to take it at the same time each day, but I would not recommend taking it later than 3pm in the afternoon as it may interfere with sleeping.
