Adipex Side Effects

Adipex Side Effects

Adipex side effects can range from mild to severe or even fatal, which is why it should only be taken under a doctor’s guidance.

The Truth about Adipex Side Effects

While any medication you take is going to have side effects, chances are good that most manufacturers want you to focus on the benefits instead of on the downsides. A drug company wants you to look at the medication to see what it can do for you. With Adipex, you might want to realize there are side effects – good and bad – which need to be weighed carefully before you put this pill in your body

Good Side Effects of Taking Adipex

There are a number of goods things about taking Adipex – good side effects that can help a person who takes this medication lose weight successfully. Those who are looking for weight loss support will find a friend in Adipex. It helps the dieter by suppressing the appetite and boosting energy levels. Together, this combination of ingredients will help a person not only lose weight, but also feel good as they do. Patients have reported losing up to six pounds a week, which can add up to a substantial weight loss. Adipex can also help those who often have energy drops when they diet, allowing them to exercise and to continue on with their life.

Dangerous Adipex Side Effects

There are many Adipex side effects which are not discussed as openly. Like many diet pills, Adipex contains stimulants that can raise the heart rate and blood pressure. In healthy people, this is not necessarily a problem, but in those who already have troubles with their hearts or blood pressure, this can cause serious damage to the body. When Adipex is taken in conjunction with other prescription medications, like anti-depressants and heart medications, the combination can even be fatal in some patients. Adipex side effects also include a faster heartbeat, dizziness, dry mouth, diarrhea, constipation, anxiety, jitters, and other uncomfortable side effects. Insomnia is another common side effects of taking Adipex, in the beginning. In addition, patients can become dependent on Adipex, requiring a supervised withdrawal program in order to avoid becoming sick as they stop taking the pills.

Avoiding Dangerous Side Effects

Of course, with all of the Adipex side effects, you may not be all that keen on trying these diet pills. But are there other diet pills available which promote weight loss without the side effects? One of the best alternatives for Adipex is FenFast.

FenFast 375 is specially formulated to provide overweight dieters (BMI 25-29.9) with a non-prescription option that will be appropriate for their weight management support needs as prescription diet pills are not meant for them. Taking prescription diet pills when you are not obese can make side effects stronger and more dangerous.  This non-prescription diet pill is not associated with severe side effects or with the risk of chemical dependency, for that matter.  Available online, this Adipex substitute for overweight diet support is helpful for those who just need additional help sticking to their weight loss program.

No matter what diet pill you decide to take, it’s helpful to learn about the side effects before you put the pill in your mouth. While you might want to lose weight, losing your health isn’t usually a goal you want to meet either.

Jeanie Everything I have read says NOT to take with antidepressants and I believe Zoloft falls in that category. I have had anxiety for years that wasnt related to Adipex so I understand what you are going through. If you want to try and relieve the anxious feeling without meds there are things you can do…Exercise as much as possible it really helps with anxiety(and of course weight loss)…there are also breathing techniques you can use…and there is also therapist that you can go to that can work with you on how to calm yourself when feeling extremely anxious. You really need to talk to a professional about your options. I hope things work out for you…Good Luck!

jeanie – You need to ask your doctor or a pharmacist this question. Some medications may interact with each other in harmful ways.

I have an 8-month old and have been trying to loose weight for the last three months but not much luck with exercise alone. I am 5’8 and trying to lose 50-55 pounds. I am currently at 215. Does this diet pill really work? I have searched many sights but uneasy of who to order from. Some sites are cheaper but I just want to be sure that I am getting “the real deal” and not just some placebo. Other sights want more than $100 for a 30-day supply! I just want to be sure that these pills offered here are true to their word. Please help!!
